02Kept, and for how long
- Safety copies
- Up to 30 days. Then they are gone.
- Sign-in records at Google
- Google's own systems finish removing them within 180 days.
- Crash reports
- Google starts removing them after 90 days. Full removal can take longer.
- Other people's records
- If someone shared a driver with you, their note that you opened a session stays in their account. Records of access they gave you stay in their account too. In Pit Wall, the other person can still see the channel history.
- Our record of reading your account
- As long as we need it to keep the service secure.
- The season on your phone
- Not touched. Reset it in the app, or uninstall the app.
03Delete only some data
You can keep your account and delete part of it:
- Turn off Season backup, Usage statistics or Send after a crash in the app's Setup.
- Stop sharing a driver, or end someone's access, in the app's driver settings.
- Turning a feature off does not erase what it already sent.
- Or email us and say what to delete.
More detail is in the privacy policy.
